Aston Villa made it two wins over West Bromwich Albion in the space of five days after a 2-0 win over the Baggiest at Villa Park.
Tuesday night's 2-1 win came thanks to a dramatic Christian Benteke penalty, but Tim Sherwood's men managed to leave out the drama tonight with an FA Cup win - meaning Villa are now going to Wembley to play in the semi finals.
After a fairly uneventful first half, midfielder Fabian Delph smashed home the opener from the edge of the box before Scott Sinclair wrapped the game up with a superb finish from a counter attack.
The game saw late action as Claudio Yacob was sent off for West Brom after a second bookable offence, before Jack Grealish also saw red for Villa after receiving a second yellow card for diving.
The night belonged to Villa though, and after their fans led a pitch invasion at the final whistle, they took to Twitter to praise one player in particular.
January signing Sinclair has now scored three goals in his last four games for Villa, making a huge impact since arriving from Manchester City on loan.
Reports from the Daily Mail at the time of his signing suggested that a £2.5m permanent deal had been agreed in principle for the summer should the 25-year-old impress, and after another goal, fans were adamant on Twitter that he should be signed on a permanent deal.
Others compared him to former Villa winger Ashley Young, whilst many admitted that their initial scepticism over his arrival has now evaporated.
Here are reactions from Villa fans after Sinclair's great display against West Brom...
Had my doubts about Sinclair but he has been a revelation since he joined. thrilled to have been wrong about him. #AVFC— Matt (@villamatt1874) March 7, 2015
Sinclair could well end up as our top scorer! #AVFC— AVFC Transfer Tweet (@AVFCTransTweet) March 7, 2015
So have we pre-agreed a £2.5m deal for Sinclair in summer? Looking like a steal if so. #avfc— Neil Fox (@FoxyN77) March 7, 2015
3 in his last 4 now for Sinclair, definitely been a nice signing for us #AVFC— Kurt (@kurtsimonwAVFC) March 7, 2015
