Here's a look at how Arsenal's players reacted on Twitter to victory over QPR.
Arsenal's players reacted with delight as they recorded an important 2-1 win over QPR.
The victory keeps the Gunners in third position, and it was a game they needed to win with Manchester United and Liverpool both recording victories to keep the pressure on in the battle for the top four.
Mesut Ozil, Hector Bellerin, and Aaron Ramsey, who was an 86th minute substitute, all posted on Twitter after the game:
Great performance and win. Fans were class. And an amazing feeling to hear my name being sung. #COYG— Héctor Bellerín (@HectorBellerin) March 4, 2015
The game was 0-0 at half-time and had been soured from an Arsenal perspective by a hamstring injury to new signing Gabriel Paulista.
Second half goals from Olivier Giroud and Alexis Sanchez gave the Gunners a lead, before Charlie Austin scored a consolation to make it a nervy finish.
Arsenal had twice as many shots at goal as QPR in the win, which leaves Chris Ramsey's side three points adrift in the relegation battle. They suffered a blow with Aston Villa beating West Bromwich Albion earlier in the week, and will be looking for better luck when they host Tottenham Hotpsur in the Premier League this weekend.
