Predicted Derby County and Birmingham City line-ups: Changes for McClaren

Derby County Away Flag

Here are the possible sides Derby and Birmingham could go with in the Championship this weekend.

To be played on Saturday 7th March 2015 at 15:00. Venue: iPro Stadium, Derby

Odds: Derby 8/13, Draw 16/5, Birmingham 11/2

Derby County head into their game against Birmingham this weekend under a little bit of pressure.

The Rams are fresh off of a disappointing defeat against Brighton and under pressure, as they have conceded the lead at the top of the table to Middlesbrough.

Steve McClaren’s side were also beaten looking back to last weekend and it will be interesting to see how they react against a Birmingham side scrapping for position in the middle of the table.

If Derby don’t manage to register a win, they could find themselves outside the automatic promotion places by the end of the weekend.

Birmingham go into this game off the back of some decent form having won their last two matches 1-0.

They have momentum and should be looking to use that to their advantage against one of the high flyers in the division, currently on the ropes.

A win for Birmingham could move them up two places in the table if other results go their way and continue their good form at the perfect stage of the season.
