To be played on Wednesday 4th March 2015 at 19:45. Venue: Boleyn Ground, London
Sam Allardyce’s side will head into the clash at the Boleyn Ground on the back of a 3-1 home defeat to Crystal Palace on Saturday.
That result meant that West Ham have won only once in 10 Premier League matches since Christmas and are pretty much out of contention for a top-four finish.
West Ham are currently ninth in the league table with 39 points from 27 matches, 11 points behind Manchester United, who are fourth.
Meanwhile, Chelsea find themselves five points clear at the top of the Premier League table at the moment with 60 points from 26 matches.
Jose Mourinho’s side have also played a game fewer than second-placed Manchester City and will be confident of winning the London derby against West Ham.
The Blues will head into Wednesday’s encounter on the back of a 2-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur in the League Cup final at London’s Wembley Stadium.
It promises to be an exciting game at the Boleyn Ground, and this is how West Ham and Chelsea could line up:
- James Collins
- Aaron Cresswell
- Carl Jenkinson
- Winston Reid
- Stewart Downing
- Cheikhou Kouyaté
- Mark Noble
