The race for the top four is intensifying, and the game between Liverpool and Manchester United later this month looks bigger than ever.
United won 3-0 when the two sides faced off at Old Trafford, but that could have proved to be a false momentum swing as Louis van Gaal's side have stuttered since, while Liverpool have gone on a winning run.
The pair had a little joke with each other ahead of last night's fixtures kicking off, via Twitter, with Neville predicting the winner at Anfield will be scored by none other than Marouane Fellaini.
@GNev2 Fellaini?!! He was at Everton for a long time they get a mental block at Anfield— Jamie Carragher (@Carra23) March 4, 2015
Carragher's reaction suggested he feels this is pretty unlikely to say the least, despite the Belgian's improvements at Manchester United this season.
And he is right, it would be a turn up for the books. Fellaini has played 13 times against Liverpool, but ended up on the winning side just once, and even this was a game he barely contributed to - coming on for the last five minutes at Old Trafford earlier this season with the result decided.
He has never scored against them, although has one assist, and has picked up two bookings. Neville's prediction may be one to avoid at the bookies.
