Confirmed: West Ham United v Chelsea line-ups

Upton Park

This is how West Ham United and Chelsea will line up for the Premier League clash at the Boleyn Ground…

West Ham United will be looking to return to winning ways this evening when they take on Chelsea at the Boleyn Ground in the Premier League.

The Hammers will head into the clash on the back of a 3-1 defeat to 10-man Crystal Palace at home.

Sam Allardyce’s side have been struggling for form and for points in recent weeks, and they will have their work cut out against Premier League leaders Chelsea tonight.

The Blues are currently five points clear at the top of the league table with a game in hand over second-placed Manchester City.

Chelsea will head into tonight’s game on the back of a 2-0 victory over London rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the final of the League Cup.

Jose Mourinho’s side have lost just one of their last 11 Premier League matches, while West Ham have won just once in 10 league games since Christmas.

It promises to be an exciting game at the Boleyn Ground, and this is how West Ham and Chelsea will line up:
