To be played on Tuesday 3rd March 2015 at 19:45. Venue: Vicarage Road, Watford
Odds: Watford 3/4, Draw 14/5, Fulham 7/2
Watford have a third consecutive win in their sights when Fulham visit Vicarage Road.
The Championship’s fourth place team need a win to keep them within touching distance of the top two whilst Fulham have the chance to maintain their distance from the relegation zone.
The visitors recorded their first win in six matches on Saturday with a surprising win over league leaders Derby County at Craven Cottage. However, Fulham’s inconsistency is what has let them down this season and they will have to be at their best when they face Watford.
The Hornets have won seven from their last nine games, only losing two against Bournemouth and Norwich in that time. A win could see them climb into second with a loss potentially seeing them in danger of falling down to sixth.
The home side welcome back Odion Ighalo who missed the win against Leeds with a tight hamstring and he could be accompanied by Adlene Guedioura, who joined from Crystal Palace on loan on Friday.
Sean Murray is the only Hornets player who is guaranteed to miss out after knee surgery.
The return of Hugo Rodallega could see him replace Cauley Woodrow who scored on Saturday in the win against Derby, with Matt Smith also available after his loan spell at Bristol City.
Fernando Amorebieta is also back in contention but Lasse Vigen Christensen is likely to miss out.
