The 27-year-old German midfielder moved to Championship rivals Birmingham on loan for the rest of the season on Monday.
Tesche joined Forest in the summer of 2014 on a free transfer and was a key player under then-manager Stuart Pearce.
The former Hamburg star scored two goals and created 19 chances in 22 Championship appearances for the Reds, while having a pass accuracy of 79% a shot accuracy of 35%.
However, since Freedman took over at the start of last month, Tesche has not featured in a single game for Forest.
Reds boss Freedman explained on Monday that the midfielder was “feeling a bit frustrated” at his lack of playing time in recent week, and claimed that the move “worked for all parties” (click here to read more).
However, it seems that the Forest fans are not convinced by Freedman’s decision. Following the announcement of the loan move of Tesche, the club’s supporters took to social networking site Twitter to have their say.

@xBeekstar Agreed. There's certainly going to be some interest in players over the summer, but hopefully we can keep hold of the better ones— Simon Waldram (@WaldramSimon) March 2, 2015
