Bournemouth v Wolves predicted lineups and match preview

Bournemouth host Wolverhampton Wanderers at the Goldsands Stadium on Tuesday night as they look to get back to winning ways.

To be played on Tuesday 3rd March 2015 at 19:45. Venue: Goldsands Stadium, Bournemouth

Odds: Bournemouth 8/11, Draw 14/5, Wolves 7/2

Eddie Howe’s side have dropped to fifth in the Championship due to a winless run of five games that has seen them draw three and lose two.

Their most recent outing produced a goalless draw against Blackburn Rovers, which prevented an extension of their two-game losing run.

Wolves have enjoyed a very different run of form, keeping their play-off hopes alive going into March. Kenny Jacket’s team have won four of their last five games and are currently enjoying a three game winning run that sees them three points from Ipswich, who are sixth.

The pair last met each other in the league back in December with Bournemouth coming out 2-1 winners at Molineux, which saw the Cherries return to winning ways after three draws in a row in the run up to the New Year.

Matt Ritchie could return to the Bournemouth line-up to replace Marc Pugh, who suffered a knee injury in his last outing, whilst Dan Gosling has suffered an injury set back during treatment for his ankle.

Kevin Doyle is in line to make a return to the Wolves team after the birth of his daughter, with Carl Ikeme and Tommy Rowe both still out.

“You can see from the past few games that we’ve had that no one gives you anything, no one rolls over and accepts defeat in this league, and that’s what makes it the league it is. Wolves will come here and will be up for it. We’ll certainly be up for it as well and I do think it will be two very good football sides going head-to-head”
