The Gunners’ form at the Emirates Stadium looks set to be a key facet in their push for a top-four finish.
Arsenal fans were left disappointed by their side’s performance in a home defeat to Monaco in the Champions League in midweek, but the Gunners made amends with victory over Everton yesterday.
Importantly, despite the European defeat to the Ligue 1 side, Arsene Wenger’s men seem to be finding top gear at home in the Premier League.
Following the 2-0 victory over the Merseysiders at the Emirates Stadium yesterday, the North London side have now won seven consecutive home games in the Premier League for the first time since 2005.

These wins over Everton, Leicester, Aston Villa, Stoke, QPR, Newcastle and Southampton have seen the Gunners turn the Emirates Stadium into something of a fortress, which will be essential if Wenger’s men are to finish in the top four this season.
Arsenal’s next home game in the Premier League will be against London rivals West Ham and their ability to pick up three points on home soil will be put to the test before the end of the campaign with the likes of Liverpool and Chelsea still to travel to the Emirates Stadium.
