Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Jordan Graham has hailed his former Aston Villa teammate Gary Gardner for his heroics on Saturday.
The 22-year-old midfielder found the target from long range at the Madejski Stadium 10 minutes from time.
It was a truly brilliant goal, and one which wrapped up a 3-0 victory for Forest against Reading and saw them inch closer to the top six of the Championship.
Gardner, who joined Forest from Aston Villa in the January transfer window on loan for the rest of the season, has been in good form under manager Dougie Freedman.
Graham, who played with the youngster at Villa, was delighted with the goal and took to social networking site Twitter to show his appreciation.
Gardner has scored two goals and created five chances in nine appearances for Forest, while having a pass accuracy of 70% and winning 63% of his duels.
Forest are currently ninth in the Championship table with 50 points from 34 matches, nine points behind sixth-placed Norwich City.
