The Spanish forward was sensational for Rayo Vallecano against Levante this afternoon.
Considered one of the best talents in the Real Castilla before his 2009 exit, he went on to play 32 games for the Championship side and score just the seven goals.
But while his return may not have been prolific most Derby fans could see he had talent, but at just 21-years-old perhaps he was still too young for a move abroad.
He went back to Spain that summer and ended up joining Rayo Vallecano in 2013.
He has since become a vital member of the Rayo first-team and today he had perhaps the best game of his life.
Vallecano took on Levante this afternoon and found themselves 1-0 down after just 13 minutes. Then, for 15 minutes in the first half, Bueno decided he was Cristiano Ronaldo.
He scored in the 23rd, 32nd, 33rd and 38th minute, four goals in 15 minutes, as Vallecano went on to win the game 4-2.
The fantastic individual performance means he now has 12 goals in 24 games this season. Derby fans will certainly be pleased to see him performing so well back in his native Spain.
