We rate the performance of Celtic's players in their Europa League contest with Inter Milan on Thursday.
Craig Gordon - 8
The Celtic stopper may have looked nervy in the first-leg, but last night he was the pick of the performers. Gordon pulled off a number of stunning saves to keep the Bhoys in the match and could have done nothing about Fredy Guarin's goal.
Adam Matthews - 6
Matthews was energetic throughout and although he wasn't able to influence the match too much in an attacking sense, he still put in an impressive display.
Virgil van Dijk - 4
Celtic will argue that his dismissal was harsh, but Van Dijk still gave the referee a decision to make and will feel as though he let the side down. If the Dutchman had stayed on the pitch for 90 minutes, the Bhoys may still have been in the competition.
Jason Denayer - 7
For a 19-year-old, Denayer looks a supreme talent. The Manchester City loanee has dealt with everything thrown at him this season and looked perfectly comfortable, even at the San Siro. A star in the making.
Emilio Izaguirre - 5
A slightly erratic performance from Izaguirre, who couldn't seem to get to grips with the Inter Milan attack. His distribution was wasteful and he looked uneasy throughout.
Scott Brown - 7
Typically combative, he unsettled the Inter midfield and showed how important he is to this Celtic team once again.
Nir Bitton - 8
His progression under Ronny Deila has been vast and last night was one of his finest displays in a Celtic shirt. Commanding in possession, he constantly offered protection for the back-four and must be credited for his display.
Gary Mackay-Steven - 6
Was lively throughout, but he will rue missing a major chance early on. Still looks a good addition for the Bhoys.
Stefan Johansen - 7
A good display from a player who has improved under Deila's guidance. He was often Celtic's most dangerous attacking threat and brought others into play well.
Stuart Armstrong - 6
Another positive performance before being replaced 12 minutes from the end. Could have won a penalty after going down in the box under pressure from Davide Santon.
John Guidetti - 6
Left isolated for much of the match, he couldn't get involved as much as he would have wanted.
Efe Ambrose - 5
He never looked sure in possession and that can leave him looking out of place against high-class opposition.
James Forrest - 4
Didn't seem as determined as a number of his teammates and his usual threat wasn't particularly evident. A disappointing display.
Kris Commons - 5
Couldn't influence the match as much as he would have liked after entering the field.
