You and your friends could win a nice lump of cash if you can come out on top in a new event based in London.

EA are set to offer up a competition centred around the launch of their upcoming cop vs robbers game - Battlefield Hardline. The competition offers participants the chance to win £10,000 by taking part in Battlefield Hardline: Live, a live event hosted by differenceEngine theatre company in a 'secret Central London location'.

If you're lucky enough to be chosen, you and your crew will get to experience an event that takes inspiration from the game's Heist, Blood Money, and Rescue modes, as well as the Growhouse, The Block, and Derailed mutliplayer maps.

The experience will be a "one-hour controlled yet immersive experience," with the winning crew leader taking home the £10,000 prize. They will then have to choose whether to keep the entire winnings, or split it with their crew.

You can see more details and sign up for your chance to take part in the event over here. It will run from 18th-25th March.

The Battlefield Hardline: Live trailer is below, which shows a robbery from a first-person perspective as cops swoop in to apprehend the crooks. I'm guessing this shows something similar to what the actual event may be, but in a much more condensed format.

Battlefield Hardline is due for release on 17th March in the US and 20th March in the UK for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC.
