The Argentine is on the team bus travelling to their training base after touching down in Florence today.
The teams are currently locked at 1-1 after the first-leg at White Hart Lane last week, where a goal from Jose Maria Basanta cancelled out the opening strike from Roberto Soldado.
Now they face a tough task in Italy.
The club have been posting updates on their official Twitter page all day as Tottenham fly out to Florence. They started off by showing off their star man, Harry Kane. The striker has 24 goals this season and looked chipper as he prepared to board the outbound flight.
Upon arrival it was Christian Eriksen who got the treatment.
But the most exciting picture of all would have to be this one.
That's right, none other than the Tottenham legend himself Ossie Ardiles has joined the team for their journey. The Argentine is a fellow countryman of Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino.
Ardiles played for Tottenham for ten years from 1978 and is a hall of famer at the club who played over 200 games for Spurs. He also had a spell as manager at the club back in 1993-94.
So his presence will undoubtedly be welcomed by all concerned, especially if he can help, in anyway, Tottenham defeat La Viola in their own backyard.
