Jonathan Woodgate could face former team Leeds United for the final time as a player this weekend.
The Middlesbrough defender has an outside chance of featuring in the clash against Neil Redfearn's side, having made his first Championship start of the season 10 days ago against Blackpool.
Incredible he scored the winner in that game, but did not make the matchday squad for the 1-1 midweek draw at Birmingham City.
If Woodgate is to feature against this former club Leeds United it's most likely he would do so from the bench, but with injuries taking their toll, this could be his final season as a player, recently telling The Times he had considered retirement. With Boro pushing for promotion, either way, it's possible he does not get the chance to return to Elland Road as a player again.
