Middlesbrough v Leeds predicted lineups and match preview

Middlesbrough go head-to-head with Leeds United in the Championship this weekend.

To be played on Saturday 21st February 2015 at 12:15. Venue: Riverside Stadium, Middlesbrough

Odds: Middlesbrough 8/15, Draw 3/1, Leeds 5/1

Middlesbrough welcome Leeds United to the Riverside Stadium on Saturday for a lunch-time kick-off in the Championship.

Boro are currently top of the table while Leeds are enjoying a wonderful run of their own, winning four of their last five games.

This match really could go either way and it will be interesting to see who comes out on top; especially when you consider Leeds recently defeated then-league leaders Bournemouth.

Their form on the road is steadily improving but Middlesbrough will take confidence from their FA Cup heroics against Manchester City and Arsenal, and while Aitor Karanka’s side lost to the Gunners they will be quietly confident of beating anyone in what remains of the campaign.

A win for Boro would see them go four points clear at the top of the Championship while victory for Neil Redfearn’s Leeds side would see them move just outside the top 10 with plenty of football still to be played this season.
