Celtic came from behind twice to give themselves a chance of qualifying for the last 16 of the Europa League.
It was a memorable night at Parkhead in a rematch of Celtic's historic 1967 European Cup triumph over Inter Milan in Lisbon.
A different competition and different outcome but the spirit seems to remain as Ronny Deila's side first fought back from two goals down, then struck late to leave the tie level ahead of their trip to the San Siro next week.
The visitors raced into an early two-goal lead with Xherdan Shaqiri and Rodrigo Palacio finding the net before the home side fought back through goals from Stuart Armstrong and a Hugo Campagnaro own goal. Palacio ended up benefiting from a howler from Celtic goalkeeper Craig Gordon just before half time to put the Serie A side back in front, but in the second half the stopper went some way to making up for it with a couple of fine saves.
Celtic knew they were in the game and went close on a couple of occasions but it wasn't until a stoppage time strike John Guidetti - who worked under Inter boss Roberto Mancini at Manchester City - to level the tie and give Deila's boys a chance of progressing next week.
