The versatile defender is currently on loan at Serie A club Fiorentina, as he looks to get his career back on course.

Manchester City striker Wilfried Bony has been quoted by the Daily Star suggesting he wants to hit the ground running with the club.
Bony’s appearances for City, after a move from Swansea City, were delayed by his participation in the African Cup of Nations.

“It feels like a while since I signed the contract but finally I'm here, I'm really happy about that and now I'm just focusing on this Saturday's game,” he said.
Manchester City midfielder Frank Lampard has been quoted by ESPN suggesting the club will win the Champions League at some point.
City face the massive task of taking on Barcelona in the first leg of their last 16 match next week.
Lampard feels the club have the quality to push for success in Europe over the next few seasons.
“This is a trophy every big club needs in their collection and, the way City are heading, it is one that will happen at some point,” he said.
