Report - Crystal Palace duo could be available for Arsenal clash

Both James McArthur and Mile Jedinak could play a part in this weekend's clash against the Gunners.

Crystal Palace's squad may be boosted by the return of two key midfielders for this weekend's game against Arsenal at Selhurst Park according to the Croydon Advertiser.

James McArthur missed last weekend's FA Cup fifth round defeat to Liverpool at the weekend with a thigh problem while Mile Jedinak is said to be in contention for a place in the squad having recently been sidelined with an ankle injury following Australia's win in the Asia Cup.

The report states that the former Wigan Athletic man is rated with a better chance of playing a part against Arsene Wenger's side this weekend, but Jedinak will be assessed.

It's a big game for Alan Pardew's side this weekend as they'll look to put the disappointment of surrendering a lead last weekend to curtail their cup ambitions as they look to take a big scalp in the form of a side chasing a place in the Champions League. A win for the Eagles would make their Premier League position look that bit more comfortable as they head into the business end of the campaign.

One player who will definitely miss the game is Yaya Sanago. The striker can not play against his parent club, though he is currently sidelined with a hamstring problem.
