Nir Biton impressed for Celtic in their draw with Inter.
Celtic midfielder Nir Biton proved his class with an outstanding display against Inter Milan in the Europa League.
The 23-year-old midfielder has emerged as a key player for Ronny Deila's side, and battled for every ball as Celtic fought back to draw with the Nerazzuri.
Celtic twice fought back from two early goals conceded before letting it slip again before half-time, only for John Guidetti to net an injury-time equaliser with the game ending 3-3.
Nir Biton was a key part of that, touching the ball 81 times - more than any Celtic player, midfield partner Scott Brown closest on 74.
Only Inter's Zdravko Kuzmanovic made more touches with 85.
Biton's game was more influential, having three shots on goal with one on target, and completing 85 per cent of his passes. This was a figure only Brown on the Celtic team edged, with 87 per cent.
The Israeli made five tackles, again more than any Celtic player, with his three interceptions only bettered by both Brown and Van Dijk, five each.
Biton had an injury hit first season at Celtic, and started the 2014/15 campaign out of the side. Yet he has been a key part of the club's recent form, and showed once again that he is deserving of a sustained run in the team.
