Derby County produced an admirable comeback against Rotherham United last night to secure a 3-3 draw, with the point moving them level with Bournemouth.
Derby found themselves 3-1 behind, with two goals conceded within ten minutes after the break, which prompted three changes from Steve McClaren on the hour mark.
That gamble paid off, though McClaren won’t want the team to leave themselves with so much to do looking ahead to the game against Sheffield Wednesday this weekend.
There was a strong performance from loan star Tom Ince, who bagged a brace to continue his positive start at the club after joining from Hull City on the final day of the winter transfer window.
Darren Bent also improved his goal tally and looks as though he’s going to be an important player for the team over the rest of the season.
The defeat against Reading in the FA Cup last weekend is the side’s only setback since they lost to Nottingham Forest last month, and they have to try and use their current momentum to their advantage.
