England manager Roy Hodgson piled the praise onto Tottenham striker Harry Kane during the BBC’s coverage of Manchester United’s win against Preston last night.
Kane has been widely tipped for an England call-up and while Hodgson refused to confirm whether Kane will be in his next senior squad, he did praise the in-form forward.
“Harry Kane? He is an all-round centre forward, can play right up there against a centre back, or come off and see a pass,” said Hodgson.
Kane has 23 goals in all competitions so far this season.
The Guardian has reported that Radwan Hamed has won a huge pay-out from the club after suffering brain damage.
Hamed collapsed in 2006 after a cardiac arrest and his brain was deprived oxygen for around 16 minutes.
He’s reported to have had a heart defect that the club failed to make him fully aware of.
