An Xbox One version is likely, but there has been no official announcement of either just yet.

Did you spot the news about a possible Darksiders 2: Definitive Edition heading to PS4 on Monday? Well, it appears it is definitely happening, according to the publishers.

Amazon listed the PlayStation 4 version of the game on it's website yesterday, before pulling it down, however publishers Nordic Games confirmed to GameSpot that "the authenticity of the listing is unquestionable".

An Xbox One version of Darksiders 2 is fairly likely, but Nordic have yet to officially announce a current-gen version at all.

Nordic Games picked up the Darksiders franchise in 2013 following the bankruptcy of it the original owners, THQ, in 2012.

We'll let you know as soon as any official announcements and details of the current-gen versions of the game are revealed.
