West Brom players, including Brown Ideye, react to West Ham win on Twitter

The Baggies defeated West Ham 4-0 this afternoon.

West Bromwich Albion are through to the quarter-finals of the FA Cup after overcoming Premier League opponents West Ham earlier today.

They dominated the game, in which former Baggies midfielder Morgan Almafitano was sent off for The Hammers, winning 4-0 on the day and Tony Pulis is now leading West Brom to a potentially memorable season.

Saido Berahino and James Morrison both scored in the game but Brown Ideye will once again steal the headlines. The Nigerian, who appeared out of favour less than a week ago, scored twice and also posterized Kevin Nolan with a delightful showboat at The Hawthorns.

It was a performance and result that has clearly gone down well among the players. Plenty of the Twitter active West Brom first team have taken to the site after the game to declare their joy at the result and advancement to the next round of the competition.

The likes of Craig Gardner, Ben Foster and Ideye were all on the Tweet sharing their joy at victory:
