Liverpool's hopes of winning the FA Cup this season are still alive after a 2-1 win over Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park this evening.
Brendan Rodgers' men are in good form having gone nine games unbeaten in the Premier League, including six wins in that time.
Tonight was a story of different competition, same result for Rodgers, even after falling behind early on to a Frazier Campbell goal.
Campbell, who scored against Newcastle in midweek, pounced onto a loose ball after Dwight Gayle's header was saved by Simon Mignolet, and swept the ball into the empty net.
However, Liverpool roared back in the second half, with Daniel Sturridge volleying the ball into the net shortly after half time to draw the Reds level.
And Liverpool won it on 58 minutes, as Adam Lallana turned the ball home from close range after Mario Balotelli's free kick was pushed out by Julian Speroni.
Liverpool now advance into the last eight alongside West Bromwich Albion, Blackburn Rovers and Reading - and whilst Arsenal and Manchester United could yet join them, the Reds are one of the favourites now.
