The German youngster has been out for nearly a year.
Arsenal take on Middlesbrough tomorrow in a crucial FA Cup tie. Arsenal are reigning FA Cup winners and are hoping that, with plenty of the big teams out of the competition, they can go on and retain their title.
Of course Arsene Wenger is expected to make the odd change or two for the game. New signing Gabriel is being tipped for a start while Wojciech Szczesny is likely to take over from David Ospina.
It would certainly have been a game young German winger Serge Gnabry would have been looking forward to. The talented attacker would have hoped to get a game in the first-team in this tie.
Unfortunately, he will not be able to play as he is still making his comeback from injury.
Gnabry suffered a knee injury back in March last year, so it is nearly a year since he featured for The Gunners.
He is now back in full training with the team but is not yet ready to feature in the first-team. However, he is still supporting his team-mates. He posted this message on Twitter yesterday, as he hopes to watch his friends prevail in a difficult FA Cup tie.
