Given his performances for West Ham, it's no surprise to see that many of the top Premier League clubs have been linked with moves to sign defender Winston Reid.
The 26-year-old New Zealand international is out of contract at the end of this season, and his fine displays for the Hammers have attracted a fair amount of interest.
Arsenal and Liverpool were believed to be leading the race for Reid's signature, though recent reports have suggested that he could sign for Tottenham on a free transfer when his contract at Upton Park expires.
Reid could be a bargain for a Premier League team this summer, and his New Zealand boss Anthony Hudson has given him a ringing endorsement.
In an interview with Inside Futbol, Hudson was asked whether Reid could hold down a place with Arsenal or Manchester United next season - and is sure that he would.
"Yes, 100%," said Hudson. "I have absolutely no doubt at all – and it's only a matter of when, not if," added the former Bahrain manager.
It's unlikely that Manchester United will make a move for Reid, whilst Arsenal's January addition of Villarreal star Gabriel Paulista, meaning Liverpool or Tottenham would be much more realistic destinations.
Both teams have top four aspirations this season, so would still provide a step-up from West Ham - and he would surely be seen as a key defender for either team.
