The former United captain took to Twitter to share his views on the matter yesterday.
Last night saw Manchester United take yet another three points in the Premier League, but once again fail to impress many with their performance. They struggled to get a grip on the game against Burnley, but thankfully goals two goals from Chris Smalling and a Robin van Persie penalty saw them earn a win, despite Danny Ings scoring for The Clarets.
United have recently struggled to wow with their performances on the pitch, including their recent 1-1 draw with West Ham.
But despite that criticism Manchester United's form reads better than well. United have lost just once in their last 18 games across all competitions and remain third in the Premier League, just five points behind local rivals Manchester City.
But despite plenty of media criticism over United's poor form one Manchester United legend does not believe that feeling is echoed by the club's fans.
Bryan Robson played 461 games for Manchester United over a 13 year career at the club and 'captain fantastic' is certain that the fans are not so critical of Louis van Gaal's team's current performances. He Tweeted yesterday:
Hopefully their performances can start matching their form soon.
