Chelsea fans react on Twitter to Juan Cuadrado's performance against Everton

How Chelsea's Twitter-based fans reacted to Juan Cuadrado's showing in the 1-0 win over Everton.

Willian’s 89th-minute deflected shot gave Chelsea a hard-fought 1-0 win over Everton in Wednesday night’s Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge, as Jose Mourinho’s side maintained their seven-point lead at the top of the table.

The match marked new signing Juan Cuadrado’s full debut following last weekend’s cameo appearance at Aston Villa, with the Colombian winger going on to prove why Jose Mourinho paid Fiorentina an initial £23.3 million rising to £27 million for his services.

The talented attacker ran at the Everton defence every time the opportunity presented itself without shirking his defensive responsibilities, and should have earned his team an early penalty after his seeing shot ricochet onto Steven Naismith's arm.

His end product could have perhaps been a bit better on the night but, having given England international Phil Jagielka a torrid time until going off with 20 minutes to go for Cesc Fabregas, he looks a good bet to prove an upgrade over the departed Andre Schurrle.

Chalking up an 87.2 percent pass completion rate, two shots, three key passes and 62 touches in all, here’s how Chelsea fans reacted on Twitter to their first extended look of their new man in a Blues shirt.
