Four changes: Predicted Sunderland line-up to play Bradford

Here is the side we predict Sunderland will start with in the FA Cup fifth round match against Bradford City.

Sunderland take on Bradford City this weekend in the fifth round of the FA Cup.

Gus Poyet’s side lost 2-0 to Queens Park Rangers on Tuesday evening and they will not want to be the victims of a giant-killing just a few days later. But the League One side defeated Chelsea last time out so a home encounter against the Black Cats is one to savour.

Bradford are currently eighth in the third tier while Sunderland are 14th in the Premier League, but league form counts for little in this competition and Poyet is likely to play a strong side knowing how close his club are to a trip to Wembley.

Sunderland are without the injured Lee Cattermole while Emanuele Giaccherini, Jack Rodwell and Will Buckley are all major doubts.

Anthony Reveillere has a knock but has a 75 per cent chance of being fit for this match.

As a result, here are the 11 players we predict will line up for Sunderland against Bradford on Sunday, with four changes to the side that started against QPR:

Predicted Sunderland starting line-up: Mannone, Brown, O’Shea, Vergini, van Aanholt, Bridcutt, Gomez, Alvarez, Larsson, Defoe, Graham
