Confirmed: Stoke v Man City line-ups - Aguero starts

Stoke Britannia Stadium

Manchester City take on Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium this evening.

Stoke City welcome Manchester City to The Britannia Stadium this evening hoping to pull off another shock win against the Premier League champions.

Last time it was a fantastic solo effort from Mame Biram Diouf that did the trick for The Potters and they will hope to do the same this evening. If they do so it would continue their current excellent run of form - Stoke are four games unbeaten.

They will have to hope to win the game without the services of Ryan Shawcross , Erik Pieters, Stephen Ireland and Marc Wilson - who are all out injured. Marko Arnautovic however should return.

City are in comparatively poor form. They have not won a game in five and struggled to a 1-1 draw at home against Hull City last time out.

The team has struggled for goals lately with Sergio Aguero still goalless since his return from injury. They will also be without Yaya Toure and Wilfried Bony. The pair are back from African Cup of Nations duty but have been given a further few days off before returning to action.
