Jose Mourinho has been quoted by the Irish Examiner questioning the standards of the FA.

The Chelsea boss is angry at Diego Costa being suspended but Robin Van Persie escaping punishment for breaking James Tomkins’s nose last weekend.

He was referring to the incidents where James McArthur was grabbed by Leicester boss Nigel Pearson last weekend and when Arsene Wenger pushed him during the match against Arsenal at Stamford Bridge.

The Daily Mirror claims that Juan Cuadrado grew up playing football as a Manchester United fan.

The Colombian winger made a big money move to Chelsea from Fiorentina during the January transfer window.

The coach who discovered him told the paper that he might even still harbour hopes of turning out for the Manchester club at a later point in his career.
