Confirmed: Ipswich v Sheff Wed lineups

Portman Road - Ipswich Town

Ipswich host Sheffield Wednesday in a midweek Championship kick-off.

Ipswich Town host Sheffield Wednesday aiming to consolidate their push for the play-offs.

Mick McCarthy's side currently sit fifth in the Championship, but are in a bad run of form having won none of and lost two of their last three games.

Both of those losses have come away from home, and they will be hoping their strikers can hit form against an Owls side which have struggled for goals this season.

Their home form is the fourth best in the Championship, losing only twice at Portman Road this season.

Sheffield Wednesday however have the fifth best away record in the division, losing only three games on their travels.

This form has been a key part in helping them to sit 10th in the league, despite scoring the joint fewest goals in the division with bottom side Blackpool, 22 goals in 29 games.

Stuart Gray's side are also in a poor spell of form, failing to win any of their last four games.
