Leeds United take on Reading on Tuesday evening with Neil Redfearn’s side eager to get back to winning ways following their weekend disappointment.
Leeds were in the midst of a four-game undefeated streak and had won their previous two matches but they came unstuck against Brentford on Saturday, losing 1-0 after seeing some viable penalty claims waved away.
That will now be consigned to the past, with Leeds knowing they have the players to start climbing up the table and it would be a surprise if Redfearn did not revert to the side that did the job against Huddersfield recently.
It is fair to say that playing striker Billy Sharp wide left did not work, with the 29-year-old having little impact and failing to register a single shot on target.
Expect Alex Mowatt to return to the starting line-up while Giuseppe Bellusci may have to make do with a place on the bench following his return from suspension.
Here is the side we predict will start for Leeds against Reading:
Predicted Leeds United starting XI: Silvestri, Wootton, Cooper, Bamba, Byram, Taylor, Murphy, Cook, Austin, Mowatt, Morison
