Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure has told the Daily Mail he believes his side have to win their remaining Premier League games to win the title.

City are chasing a seven point gap to Chelsea at the top, as they scramble to retain their domestic crown.

Toure will shortly be back with the squad after a successful African Cup of Nations campaign with the Ivory Coast.

Samir Nasri has told the Daily Mail he feels his team have to wake up in the title race before it’s too late.

The Frenchman says it’s important to try and catch the Blues as quickly as possible or they could pull away.

City manager Manuel Pellegrini has been quoted by the Manchester Evening News suggesting the problem for his side has been creativity.

The Chilean has suggested that City need to get back to their creative best in order to start seeing out big games.

Pellegrini wants to see City doing more in possession when they keep the ball for extended periods.
