In comments published by QPR’s official Twitter account, Ramsey said, “Sandro is training today and will play in some under-21 games.
“He should be ready for Hull City in a few weeks’ time.”
Sandro signed for QPR from Tottenham Hotspur last summer, reuniting with his former Spurs boss Harry Redknapp at Loftus Road.
But the Brazilian played just eight matches for his new side before suffering a serious knee injury that has robbed him of much of the season.
The 25-year-old has missed 13 matches but thankfully for his club and their supporters it appears he will soon be back in action.
At his best, Sandro is an excellent option in midfield but QPR fans are yet to see that and they need him at the top of his game as they attempt to pull away from the relegation zone.
The match against Hull is scheduled for February 21 and given how close the two sides are in the table, it is going to be a huge encounter and one neither side will dare to lose.
For now the club’s focus is on the upcoming match against Sunderland, but while Sandro will take time to get back to match fitness, he could be vital for QPR at the business-end of the campaign.
