Nottingham Forest returned to winning ways on Saturday when they got the better of Brighton & Hove Albion 3-2 away from home in the Championship.
The Reds headed into the game at The Amex on the back of a 1-0 defeat to Millwall at the City Ground last weekend.
The game against Brighton was also Dougie Freedman’s first in charge of Forest, having replaced Stuart Pearce as the club’s manager earlier this month.
It was not expected to an easy match for the Nottingham-based club, but they eventually got the better of their hosts and picked up the three points.
Lewis Dunk put Brighton in the lead in the 42nd minute when he headed home Danny Holla's free kick, but Danny Collins restored parity for the visitors just minutes later.
Forest went 3-1 ahead in the second half, thanks to goals from Henri Lansbury and Ben Osborn, but Albion substitute Beram Kayal's header in the final minutes set up a tense finish.
After the match, Forest fans took to social networking site Twitter to have their say on the win. Below are the best reactions:
It appears we rode our luck at Brighton. They hit the post and had one cleared off the line! The defending for both goals was poor. #nffc— Hannah Dexter (@hannahforest) February 8, 2015
