The trio are related but still had to go head-to-head in the Six Nations yesterday.
The Six Nations got underway last night in enthralling fashion at the Millennium Stadium as Wales hosted England in Cardiff.
After the pyrotechnics, dry ice overkill and anthems were done an 80 minute war took place with England’s second half performance proving decisive in a 21-16 triumph.
The win against the eternal rivals was all the more better after the horror show loss of two years ago in the Welsh capital, while they also had plenty of injury woes to overcome, which they did with aplomb.
After the game of course plenty of England players took to Twitter to celebrate the famous victory, including the Vunipola brothers. Billy and Mako Vunipola both featured in the game and they were rightly ecstatic with the English triumph.
But as Billy stated on Twitter, it does not get in the way of family.

Because in the opposing XV Toby Faletau was in the pack. The trio are in fact cousins of Tongan descent and after the game Faletau even visited the pair in the England dressing room.
Good to see that despite their 80 minute battle, blood runs thicker for the Vunipola and Faletau clan.
