The Standard have linked Praet with the Gunners, whilst Tielemans has been watched by Liverpool on many occasions, according to the Mirror. Considering their impressive talents - especially Tielemans, who is just 17-years-old - it would come as no surprise to see the pair make the move from Anderlecht to the Premier League this summer, but Arsenal and Liverpool could have their plans ruined due to a reported deal in place with Porto.
The Portuguese club loaned central defender Rolando to Anderlecht in the January transfer window, and, according to O Jogo, in return they were given the first option to sign Tielemans and Praet should any club make a move for them.
20-year-old Praet and the younger Tielemans are considered two of the brightest prospects on the never-ending run of Belgian stars, and both are consistent features in the Anderlecht side despite their young ages. Tielemans was making Champions League appearances at the age of 16, whilst Praet is now a full Belgian international, and Porto will have done fantastic business if the reported clause is the truth.
With Rolando an outcast for the Portuguese giants, he was actively looking for a move away, and the club have managed to remove one of their own misfits with the chance of securing two incredible talents before anyone else.
If the deal is proved to be true, then Arsenal and Liverpool will face increased competition for the transfer of the two young prospects, and it will be down to the duo to decide on their futures.
