Tottenham Hotspur will reportedly drop the striker from their matchday squad.
The Tottenham striker has flattered to deceive so far this season and upset fans at White Hart Lane. As such, Mauricio Pochettino will reportedly not include him in his matchday 18 against Arsenal.
Adebayor, who used to play for the Gunners, is yet to hit form so far this term and his presence could be deemed an unsettling one for such an important game.
And the 30-year-old has upset Arsenal fans in the past, too, when celebrating his goal for Manchester City against the north London side in controversial fashion.
Adebayor would likely fail to make the Tottenham starting XI, anyway, with Harry Kane currently in fine form and Roberto Soldado ahead of the Togolese forward in the pecking order.
The Mirror's report, however, states that the Spurs man won't even make the bench against Arsenal - just days after being turned down a loan move to West Ham United.
Tottenham host Arsenal at White Hart Lane at 12.45pm later today, with the home side just two points behind their fierce rivals in the Premier League table ahead of the clash.
