The 19-year-old Slovakian defender trained with John Carver's first team.
The Magpies were preparing for their weekend clash with Stoke City - they host the Potters at St James' Park on Sunday afternoon.
And the 19-year-old Slovakian defender, pictured above competing with Yoan Gouffran, was among those training with the squad.
Newcastle's Ryan Taylor was also present, as the 30-year-old continues his comeback to fitness after spending so much of the season out injured.
John Carver led his side in training, with the man appointed Newcastle boss until the end of the current campaign looking to secure back-to-back victories in the Premier League.
Last week, the Magpies beat Hull City 3-0 but, despite having home advantage, Carver and co will know they face a tougher task against Mark Hughes' Stoke side.
Newcastle's training session perhaps didn't offer many clues as to who will start against the Potters, although there were plenty of encouraging signs for the boss. In once picture below, for instance, Emmanuel Riviere can be seen attempting an acrobatic strike at goal. Whether he scored or not is less certain...
Either way, here are the best of the rest of the photos from Newcastle training!
