Manchester City morning round-up: Nasri ready to give Pellegrini a selection dilemma this weekend

A round up of news stories this morning related to Manchester City.

The Daily Mail claims Samir Nasri has declared himself fit for Manchester City’s game against Hull this weekend.

Nasri returned to training at the start of this week following a short spell out of the side with a calf problem.

The paper claims the Frenchman feels he is fully over the problem and ready to play.

The Daily Express claims Stevan Jovetic is the player to be cut from Manchester City’s Champions League squad.

The signing of Wilfried Bony in the January transfer window meant that the club had to cut a player to make space for the striker.

Bony could line up against Barcelona when the Champions League returns to action after next week.

ESPN has quoted the agent of Edin Dzeko suggesting doubt over his Manchester City future.

The striker has slipped down the pecking order at the Etihad which has led to reported speculation of interest in him from Juventus and Atletico Madrid.

His agent has admitted that he feels either of those teams would be good moves.
