Rangers fans have been left raging on social media site Twitter after Kenny McDowall was reported by The BBC that he has beee forced to play all of his loan singings from Newcastle United.
McDowall suggested in his press conference earlier today that he has not choice but to include the quintet of Newcastle youngsters in his team as he is under orders.
Rangers signed Haris Vuckic, Gael Bigirimana, Remie Streete, Kevin Mbabu and Shane Ferguson on deadline day and it seems they are all set to receive plenty of game time with the Scottish giants.
It is another issue that has frustrated fans of the club, who have had to endured a rough time supporters their side recently.
Rangers financial issues have been well documented and they are still a side fighting to find their identity once again.
The Light Blues board are already facing a backlash from supporters and this move has only increased the anger around Ibrox.
Rangers chief executive Derek Llambias later told Sky Sports News HQ: "There's no way the board is picking the team.
"The basis of any loan deal is that the players who arrive bolster the side and give the squad more depth. That's exactly what is happening here."
That didn't stop fans reacting with frustration to the claims, here is the best via Twitter...
All 5 loanees have to be played if fit. So say Llambias and S Easdale. Have you ever heard such nonsense?! EGM can't come quick enough. #RFC— Alan Clark (@_aldo93) February 5, 2015
Mike Ashley telling Rangers that they have to play the NUFC loan signings. Surely not right that one man can exert soo much influence on RFC— Liam Appleby (@LiamAppleby) February 5, 2015
Mister Ashley has given Kenny McDowall his personal mobile number, so Kenny can text him to ask permission to sub off the loan players #RFC— Zombie Rangers (@ZombieRFC) February 5, 2015
