Duffy on McCourt
Celtic's deadline day addition Michael Duffy says that he wants to emulate Paddy McCourt at Parkhead.
Similarities between Duffy and McCourt's playing styles have already been drawn and the youngster, who joined the Bhoys from Derry, says that he is honoured to have heard of these comparisons.
“I’ve grown up watching Paddy McCourt for years and he’s amazing, completely different class," he said to the club's official site.
“Everyone has been saying to me to be the next Paddy McCourt and if I get somewhere near his skill I’ll be happy."
Hull want Lennon
Former Celtic manager Neil Lennon is wanted by Hull City, according to a report in the Daily Record.
Lennon, who is currently in charge of Bolton Wanderers, has reportedly been lined up by Hull as they feel he could be the man to guide them away from the drop.
Denayer shows composure
For a 19-year-old, playing in an Old Firm derby can be a nerve-racking prospect, but Jason Denayer insists that he was calm about facing Rangers.
The Manchester City loanee was included in Ronny Deila's starting line-up against the Light Blues and he says that he had no fear about playing on such a big occasion.
“I don’t think I was nervous but it was a feeling of excitement," he told the Daily Record. "It was difficult to sleep on Saturday night because I was desperate to play in the Old Firm game."
