Ex-Arsenal striker Benik Afobe has passed on his well wishes to his former MK Dons team mate Dele Alli after the midfielder completed a deadline day move to Tottenham.
Alli, 18, has hit 12 goal for the Dons this season, and had become one of the most sought-after teenagers in English football as a result.
Tottenham managed to beat off interest from Aston Villa and Newcastle United to land Alli on the final day of the winter transfer window, but he'll spend the second half of the season back on loan at MK Dons.
It's a big move for the midfielder, who compared himself to Steven Gerrard and Yaya Toure, given that he is tipped to be a star of the future for England.
The plaudits have been pouring in for Alli this week, and now his former team mate Afobe has extended his congratulations to the teenager having played together at MK Dons.
Afobe tweeted Alli earlier today, posting a video of the duo celebrating a goal together with MK Dons before telling fans to 'Believe The Hype' over the youngster.
Afobe knows all about the reality of being a youngster playing for a big North London club having been on the books with Arsenal for 15 years, but finally left the Gunners for good during the transfer window, moving on to Wolverhampton Wanderers after impressing with MK Dons.
