Tottenham Hotspur morning round-up: Jackson Martinez reveals when he's looking to move

A round up of news stories this morning related to Tottenham Hotspur.

Porto striker Jackson Martinez has been quoted by the Daily Star suggesting he’s ready to make a leap in the next transfer window.

The Star suggests Tottenham Hotspur as a side that would be interested in signing him should he ever leave the Portuguese giants.

No offer from Spurs emerged on transfer deadline day earlier this week.

The Daily Mail has suggested that Harry Kane could play for both the England under-21 and senior sides this year.

Kane has been in great form in Tottenham’s attack scoring his 20th goal of the season last weekend against West Brom.

That’s led to pressure on England senior boss Roy Hodgson to call him up to the national squad.

Former Tottenham Hotspur boss Tim Sherwood is being tipped to become the next manager of QPR according to the Daily Star.

Sherwood was in charge of Tottenham briefly last season and has emerged as a candidate for the job at Loftus Road.

Redknapp resigned from his position yesterday, citing health reasons as the factor behind his choice.
