The youngster can't believe his luck to be playing with United trio Rooney, Falcao and van Persie.
The youngster has broken through at Old Trafford this season and has scored two goals in the game time he has been given. The second of those goals came against Cambridge United on Tuesday evening after he replaced van Persie.
Manager van Gaal brought Wilson into the first team squad back in August and the young striker has now admitted that playing alongside the likes of Rooney, van Persie and Falcao is an unbelievable learning experience, although it is providing a few pinch-me moments for him.
"I have learned a lot from all three of them, probably different things from each of them," said Wilson.
“Coming into work and training with them every day is unbelievable for me because I have got a lot to learn in the game. This is my first season in the first team so I have just got to train with them as much as I can, keep fit and keep learning. I've had a few 'pinch-me' moments though.”
The youngster has also praised the management duo of Ryan Giggs and Louis Van Gaal, with the Welshman coming in for particular praise from him.
Giggs gave Wilson his debut last May when he was in temporary charge following the dismissal of David Moyes, having worked with the forward in United’s youth setup, and has continued to help him develop as part of new manager Van Gaal’s backroom staff as well.
"It's brilliant for me because of the experience he's got from the game,” he added.
"I've spoken to him a few times now when I needed advice. He's very easy to approach and he's great to speak to when you need someone to chat to. He's always free and you can call on him whenever you need him."
