Match between West Ham United and Manchester United to be played on Sunday 8th February 2015 at 16:15. Venue: Boleyn Ground, London.
That result means Sam Allardyce’s side are currently eighth in the top flight, with 36 points from 23 matches, and as good as that is they will be hoping to maintain their impressive form through to the end of the season and possibly qualify for Europe.
That is a big ask but they can take another stride towards that if they can overcome United, who continue to look beatable on their travels.
Andy Carrol has a knee injury but has a 75 per cent chance of being fit for this match, while Cheikhou Kouyate also has a good chance of recovering from a back problem.
It is in defence where West Ham are really struggling, with James Collins (hamstring), Carl Jenkinson (knock), Winston Reid (hamstring) and James Tomkins (knock) all doubtful.
That said, both Reid and Collins are rated at 75 per cent to make it and they will obviously do all they can to feature in what is a vital encounter.
With all that in mind, here is the side we predict West Ham will put out on Sunday:
Predicted West Ham United starting line-up: Adrian, O’Brien, Demel, Reid, Cresswell, Song, Kouyate, Noble, Downing, Valencia, Carroll
