Former Newcastle United defender has picked out Haris Vuckic as the Rangers loanee to watch.
Former Newcastle United defender Olivier Bernard has hailed Haris Vuckic as the pick of the five players sent on loan to Rangers.
Bernard told The Guardian he believes the Scottish side are fortunate to have the Slovenian attacker at their disposal.
He said: "Vuckic is a fantastic player. Rangers are quite lucky to get their hands on a raw talent like him. He’s not developed fully but he has already played in the Premier League and showed some exciting things, so I think he’ll settle fairly quickly."

Vuckic has made five appearances for Newcastle in the Premier League in his career, but of these he has amassed less than two entire games worth of playing time.
The chance to play regularly at Rangers will be good for his career, and with four fellow loanees joining him from Newcastle, Vuckic should feel at home right away.
Bernard also recommended Remi Streete as being capable of going straight into the Rangers starting line-up, although was more lukewarm on the readiness of Gael Bigirimana, Shane Ferguson and Kevin Mbabu.
From a footballing point of view, how the quintet fare north of the border will be fascinating. If they are instant successes however, questions about the standard of play in the Scottish First Division may well be raised, considering each of the players are presently considered expendable by John Carver's Newcastle United.
